About us
BP — The Best Property in Georgia is a shortlisting service for new-build apartments, villas and townhouses in Tbilisi and Batumi.
The project was created by Alina Kulikova, a partner of the BD Realty real estate agency. All requests from the site are handled by BD Realty specialists: they shortlist properties, answer your questions and support the deal.
How it works: you tell us what you are looking for, and we send a shortlist from the catalogue with current developer prices, layouts and instalment terms. We help you compare options, arrange video viewings, check the developer and the documents, and support the deal through to registration of ownership. You can buy remotely, without flying to Georgia.
Shortlisting and deal support are free for buyers. Prices on the site are developer prices with no mark-up.
To get a shortlist or advice, send a request through the form on this site: a BD Realty specialist will contact you within one business day.
