Consent to personal data processing
By submitting a request on bestpropertygeorgia.com (the "Site") and ticking the consent box in the form, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and having full legal capacity, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the operator, Alina Yuryevna Kulikova, an individual (the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Consent is given to processing with and without automated means.
2. Personal data covered (not special or biometric):
- data I enter in the form: name; phone number; email or messenger username; details of my request (city, budget, properties of interest, message text);
- technical data: IP address; browser, operating system and device details; approximate location; pages viewed and referring page; date and time of the visit; actions on Site pages; cookies.
3. Purposes:
- handling my request and contacting me;
- shortlisting property in Georgia, advising and supporting me at my request through the Operator's partner, the real estate agency BD Realty;
- sending me, at my request, shortlists of properties, prices and purchase terms;
- collecting visit statistics and improving the Site.
4. Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
5. I agree that, for these purposes, the Operator entrusts processing to, or provides my personal data to:
- amoCRM — to receive and store requests;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica) — for visit statistics;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — to host and protect the Site (technical data);
- the real estate agency BD Realty (Georgia) — to contact me, shortlist properties and support the transaction.
I consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to these parties, including to Georgia and the USA. My data is passed to developers only at my request and only to the extent needed.
6. Legal grounds: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data"; this consent; the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, and no longer than 3 years from my last interaction with the Operator, or until withdrawn.
8. I or my representative may withdraw this consent by sending a statement to us via the form on this site, marked "Withdrawal of consent". Consent ends on the date the Operator receives the withdrawal; personal data is destroyed within 30 days of that date.
9. If consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing without consent where permitted by Article 6(1)(2–11), Article 10(2) and Article 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
10. This consent does not cover receiving advertising mailings.
