About the project
A low-rise complex in Krtsanisi, a quiet green hillside area above Tbilisi close to the historic centre. Two five-floor blocks, A and B, stand among gardens and footpaths, with timber and dark-panel façades.
There are 92 apartments from 61 to 287 m² including balconies. Most are spacious family homes: ground-floor units have private gardens and upper floors have large balconies. The complex also has commercial space.
Apartments come in green frame: REHAU windows, an armoured door, screed, plastered walls with partitions, water, gas and electricity in place, underfloor heating pipes and glass-railed balconies with frost-resistant tiles; the grounds are landscaped.
