About the project
A Bat Towers residential complex in Adlia, in the New Boulevard area, 300 metres from the sea. A 4,145 m² plot holds three residential blocks, A, B and C, of 17–20 floors with underground and surface parking and commercial space.
It has a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame rated for magnitude-7 earthquakes, current fire-safety standards, European-standard lifts and a diesel generator that keeps lifts, pumps and stairwell lighting running during outages. There are 9–13 apartments per floor, from 26 m² studios to 121 m² units.
Apartments come in white frame: double-glazed PVC windows, a metal entrance door, pumice-block partitions, screed, wiring, plumbing, meters, heating pipes, gas points in the kitchen and on the balcony, a plasterboard ceiling and filled walls. Blocks A and B were scheduled for completion in 2024–2025.
