About the project
A new ELT Group project in ELT Quarter, created with the Spanish chain Barceló Hotels. The first four floors will house a four-star Occidental hotel, a Barceló brand, with residential apartments above.
The apartments are also serviced by the hotel, so owners live in their own home with hotel service. The courtyard has a pool and lounge area.
Construction starts in spring 2026 and is planned to take three years. On sale are studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of 30–87 m² with balconies, plus hotel rooms. Views of the sea, Adlia Street or the mountains.
