About the project
A mixed-use residential and investment complex by Gumbati Holding in Vake, on Kipshidze Street 100 metres from Chavchavadze Avenue. One side looks over central Vake, the other over Mziuri Park.
An 11,000 m² site holds five residential blocks with 11 entrances and a central lobby, 100,000 m² in total. Its signature is 4,000 m² of shared open terraces between floors, plus private rooftop terraces. Inside are a 3,000 m² enclosed courtyard, 3,000 m² of commercial space, a business centre of up to 7,000 m² and a three-level car park for 596 cars.
A management company runs the common areas and can let apartments for owners; there is a concierge, a generator, 24/7 lift service and CCTV. Apartments come in green frame. Planned completion was December 2025.
