About the project
A 260-metre VR Holding skyscraper in Vake on Chavchavadze Avenue, designed to be Georgia's tallest building. The tower combines premium residences, a five-star hotel, a class-A business centre, a retail gallery and public spaces. Vake Park, the Central Park, Mikheil Meskhi Stadium and Turtle Lake are nearby.
Residents get restaurants and cafés, conference rooms, a spa, a gym, padel courts, outdoor and indoor pools — including a high-rise infinity pool overlooking Tbilisi and the mountains — and parking. The façade is fully glazed, with energy-efficient engineering.
There are 70 residential floors and 815 apartments with 3 m ceilings, from 33 m² one-room units to 159 m² four-room homes and penthouses. Construction runs in stages: first a sports cluster and stadium reconstruction, then landscaping and finally the tower.
