About the project
A high-rise Alliance Group complex of Blocks A and B on the Kobuleti seafront, just 30 metres from the sea. The developer calls it the region's first sports and wellness investment complex: it has more than 25 spaces for sport, leisure and treatments, with a wellness centre run by an international brand. The architecture draws on Art Nouveau, with vertical lines and blue and gold tones.
The wellness side includes a mineral spa, Finnish sauna and steam room, a pool and an infinity pool, thalasso- and halotherapy, cryotherapy, float therapy, an aesthetics centre and a yoga and Pilates studio. For sport there is indoor surfing and skydiving, a climbing wall, padel and a gym. There is also a restaurant, lounge, pool bar, conference room, kids' area, mini-golf, beach volleyball, and a private beach and promenade. Reception, concierge, security and room service are on hand.
Kobuleti is a climate and balneological resort with a fine-pebble beach, north of Batumi. Tsikhisdziri, Petra Fortress, the Botanical Garden and Black Sea Arena are nearby. Apartments range from 32 m² studios to 106 m² two-bedroom units with sea, city or mountain views, and can be bought with a turnkey renovation.
