About the project
An Archi residential complex of three 26-floor blocks in central Nadzaladevi, on Kikvidze Street. Its centrepiece is a 15,000 m² green courtyard with seating areas, a sports ground and playgrounds. The complex has its own kindergarten, commercial space and underground parking.
Gotsiridze and Didube metro stations, the Expo Georgia exhibition centre, Kikvidze Park and Tsereteli Avenue are within walking distance, with shops, pharmacies, schools and kindergartens nearby. The area suits both living and long-term letting.
The buildings use energy-efficient Ytong blocks, low-emission glass and HPL façade panels. Planned handover was December 2025.
