Residents get a rooftop outdoor pool, spa, gym, café, private cinema and underground parking. The building uses energy-efficient YTONG blocks, a ventilated façade, a backup generator and its own water reservoir.
Apartments are delivered in green-frame condition: partitions, wiring, underfloor heating pipes, glass balconies and a steel entrance door. Built in partnership with Ibercompany Holding.
