An Archi mixed-use complex in Saburtalo on University Street, next to the New Sports Palace and Tbilisi State University's Building 10. Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, City Mall, schools, medical centres and Carrefour are nearby, and a road bridge links the area to Bagebi.
The 26-floor building has 257 apartments, from two-room units of 57.4 m² up to large 6–8-room homes. Inside there is a pool, gym, lobby with concierge, café, supermarket, pharmacy, offices and shops, and enclosed parking. Upper floors have panoramic views of the city and mountains.
KONE or equivalent lifts, its own water reservoir and a generator for common areas, a ventilated terracotta and HPL façade, Ytong block walls and low-emission windows. Apartments come in premium frame: aluminium windows, plastered walls, screed, heating pipes, wiring and a metal entrance door.
