About the project
An OKTO Group residential complex in a growing part of New Boulevard, 500 metres from the sea. The idea is creative: the grounds will host a children's art school and an exhibition gallery, and the buildings and common areas reference different schools of painting.
Two 35-floor towers hold 1,680 apartments of 31 to 58 m² on a 6,000 m² gated site. The grounds include landscaping, running tracks, sports grounds, a pool, an open-air bar, a café and restaurant, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a gym and a children's playroom; parking is a two-level underground car park for 640 cars. The beach, promenade and a park are nearby; the airport, aquapark and stadium are about 5 minutes by car.
Apartments come in white frame or turnkey with furniture and appliances. After completion there is a 24/7 reception and security, and owners can hand units over to management for letting.
Yield figures are the developer's estimates. They are a forecast, not a guarantee: actual income depends on occupancy, season and management costs.
