About the project
A Strong Development residential complex on the Alley of Heroes, one of Batumi's fastest-growing areas, equidistant from the Old Town, New Boulevard and Metro City mall. The new football stadium is next door, and upper floors look out over the sea, mountains and city.
Two blocks of 26 and 28 floors have 10 and 13 apartments per floor; the 8-metre-high ground floors are commercial. Planned completion was December 2024.
