About the project
A Next Group complex on Heroes' Alley built on an "all in one" idea: living, working and leisure in one place. Three towers of 29, 38 and 47 floors hold 876 apartments plus a five-floor business centre. It was designed by Spectrum, a Georgian practice known for five-star hotels.
On site: an outdoor pool, gym, relaxation and lounge areas, a restaurant and open terrace, kids' room, pharmacy, co-working with a conference hall and multi-level parking for 245 cars. The management company runs reception, security and letting.
The sea is 700 m away and the airport 10 minutes. Black Sea Mall, Carrefour, Batumi Arena, the Public Service Hall and the Dancing Fountains are nearby. Heroes' Alley is being developed to a single master plan, so neighbouring buildings will share one architectural style.
