Three towers of 35, 45 and 40 floors on Heroes' Alley, opposite Batumi Arena stadium. Tower A has a 10-floor Hampton by Hilton hotel; towers B and C hold residential apartments.
Towers A and B are complete; tower C is due in December 2026. Over 150 apartments of 28–157 m² with 2.8 m ceilings are on sale, in white frame or turnkey.
