About the project
A new mixed-use Domus Development complex in one of Tbilisi's fastest-growing areas, on Kavtaradze Street in Saburtalo. Business centres and cultural venues are going up around it, which draws expats and affluent locals, both buyers and tenants.
The project has three blocks: two residential towers and an office block. Between them is a landscaped inner courtyard and 5,000 m² of recreational space with cycle paths, a multi-sport pitch and playgrounds, plus co-working, cafés and restaurants, 4,700 m² of commercial space and an underground car park for 450 cars. After completion: cleaning, security and CCTV.
Apartments start from 70 m²; the complex is designed first of all for living but also suits long-term letting.
