About the project
A 42-floor Metropol and Premium Group tower in central Batumi on the Alley of Heroes. Upper floors look out over the sea, mountains and city. The sea and Piazza square are about a five-minute walk, with the stadium, a mall and the House of Justice nearby.
The units will be managed by a subsidiary of the international hotel brand Royal Tulip (40 countries, 1,700+ hotels). Owners receive 60% of rental income and can stay up to 60 days a year; units are listed on Booking, Airbnb and other platforms.
Apartments occupy 36 floors, 332 units in all, plus 82 hotel rooms and three commercial floors. Four high-speed lifts, a 200 m² pool, lobby, library and conference room, cafés and restaurants, gym, yoga studio, playground, parking for 100 cars and a rooftop helipad. Units come renovated with kitchen and bathroom or fully turnkey.
