Two Metropol towers in central Batumi, directly opposite Adjarabet Arena stadium where the main streets meet. The Alley of Heroes, shopping centres, schools, a university, the House of Justice, the dancing fountains and the beach are close by, with public transport at the door.
Block A has 270 apartments and Block B 204, each with 7 penthouses. There are only 7–11 units per floor, three lifts from leading brands and a reception. The building faces the sunrise, with views of the stadium, mountains and city, and the sea from some units.
Studios from 32.5 m², one-bedroom units of 46–55 m², two-bedroom units of 79–84 m² and penthouses up to 184 m². Every unit has a tiled balcony; handover is in black frame.
