It has 349 apartments with commercial space on the first two floors. Block B houses a restaurant, gym, panoramic pool and casino. There is a 24/7 reception, security and maintenance, and units can be let through an international management company: 60% of income to the owner, 40% to the company, covering insurance, marketing and taxes.
The design features wave-shaped balconies with vertical greenery and panoramic glazing. The monolithic frame is rated for magnitude 7, on 50 piles 40 m deep, with backup power and Daikin and Mitsubishi climate systems. Units range from 29 m² studios to 111 m² two-bedroom apartments, with sea or mountain views.
