A 37-floor residential and hotel complex by Like House in southern Batumi, a 5-minute walk from the sea and close to Batumi Arena. Two blocks: one with apartments managed by a Holiday Inn Resort hotel, the other with apartments for living or self-managed letting.
Hotel apartments are finished to brand standards, and income is shared through a common pool: 60% to the owner, 40% to the management company, which covers letting, wear and tear, utilities and taxes.
The complex has a mall, restaurants, pool, gym, spa, casino, conference hall, playgrounds, supermarket and parking. The building is rated for magnitude 8, with an energy-efficient façade and OTIS lifts.
